Our take

TYY.ai is an AI tools directory for consumers and professionals that accepts only AI-related products. There's no free option: Fast Track costs $12 one-time for a listing within 24-48 hours, and Boosted is $79 one-time for a week of featured placement. Links are confirmed to pass SEO value (a real backlink), but traffic is light at about 600 monthly search visits, mostly from the US.
