Our take

TopTools is an AI tools directory for consumers and professionals. It is not accepting new submissions at the moment while the site is redesigned. Existing links are confirmed to pass SEO value (a real backlink), and search traffic is around 1,700 monthly visits, about 70% from India, so it may be worth checking back once listings reopen.
