Our take

AIlib.ru is a Russian-language AI tool directory serving users in Russia and the CIS, with Russia accounting for most of its search traffic. The only plan shown is a free Standard listing with regular placement, submitted through a online form. Links are likely NOT to pass SEO value, but the site draws about 6k monthly search visits from its regional audience.
